Find art in life. I like to do something to the extreme. I remember 20 years ago when I first came to Canada. I didn’t know how to cook at that time, so I started to study cooking. I also found that many parents of international students were anxious about their children studying abroad, fearing that they would not be able to eat well. I began to have the idea that I could continue to enjoy Chinese food healthily with them.
Each dish narrates a tale, and I am loyal to the concept of healthy eating. Like new mothers in confinement, we will take into account the special cooking needs of special periods and carefully provide them with every detail in their daily meals. When I receive expressions of gratitude from them, I will carefully read them. It is a very simple thing, and I am doing it carefully.
